Description

80 Inch Industrial Grapple Bucket, 7481680 grabs and holds onto the toughest materials, like piles of demolition rubble or loose materials:

  • Secures bulky, uneven loads and keeps them in place until you reach your destination
  • Built for maximum power and reliability with 2 tons of force
  • Delivers easy handling of bulky, hard-to-manage materials in the industrial or construction setting
  • The two-arm design provides a strong, even biting force
  • Bucket bottom with cutting edge for maximum load capability
  • Built for day-in, day-out duty to bite off the toughest jobs

Top Tasks: Handle demolition rubble, building materials, recycling, salvage, or scrap materials.

Visibility Matters: The open grapple design provides superior visibility to the work area.

Cutting Edge: 80 x 8 bolt-on cutting edge with 8 holes and 80 inch weld-on cutting edge with holes are standard equipment for bucket protection.

Reinforced Tines: 3/4 inch thick tines are backed by a 4 inch cross section tube, gusseted to the end of the tine. Welded to a 6 inch main frame tube with safety steps.

Tubelines, Hoses and Hose Guide: Hoses are protected the entire length with a sleeve and routed with little exposure to snags and other hazards. The removeable hose guide keeps hoses in place during operation and allows you to store the hoses high and out of the dirt. Tubelines are protected by a steel cover.

90 Degree Couplers: Less prone to damage, easy to install and remove. No fluid spillage or air inclusion keeping equipment safe and clean.

Dual Hydraulic Cylinders: Built with tough, dual cylinders, Bobcat grapples provide the highest clamping forces in the industry, protected by a steel case. Bobcat industrial grapples offer the force to handle stubborn materials and work faster. Large pins and grease zerks concentrate the force closer to the center of the bucket. As a Bobcat exclusive design, the inertia-welded cylinder ends deliver strong, smooth operation by improving hydraulic cushioning at the end of the stroke.

Required Components: Relief valve on the carrier is required to operate this attachment and must be purchased separately in related parts below. How to install auxiliary port relief.
