The fuel injection system is a major area of focus for advancement towards clean operating diesel engines. High-pressure common rail fuel system is an advanced fuel injection design that regulates fuel pressure and injection timing.
The pump applies high pressure to fuel (22,000 “ 34,000 psi)
The common rail stores pressurized fuel
The injectors deliver fuel to the engine
Fuel injection pump failure can be for two reasons:
Mechanical problems within the injection pump housing like debris clogging the injector. Will-fit fuel injection pumps may have defective internal parts which disrupts timing of the fuel transfer process, requiring a complete replacement,
Low or dirty fuel which effects the lubrication of the fuel pump or causes clogs.
Due to engineering standards, some parts are updated or changed and are assigned a new part number. Previous part numbers were 7249380 and 7030405. This part is the direct replacement.
Parts can vary depending on your serial number. Check the Bobcat Online Parts Catalog to ensure the correct part for your equipment.

How to Use ‘Saved Equipment’
Without signing in, you can save one machine by clicking ‘Add Equipment’ at the top of the page. Once you create an account or sign in, you can save and edit multiple models and serial numbers by clicking ‘Add Equipment’. Click on any of your saved machines and click ‘Apply’ to see the compatible products for your serial number. If you want to look at all products without any serial number applied, you can click on the green slider at the top of the page to view all products.
Where I Can Find My Saved Equipment
Your equipment information will always be at your fingertips every time you sign in. Your active machine will be visible at the top of the page by the search bar. Once you sign in, you will see all of your saved equipment. Click on your active equipment at the top of the page. A window opens showing all your saved equipment. Select the machine that needs new parts, accessories, or attachments, and click ‘Apply’.
